Film Lineup

Airtime
Alex Clapin, Griffen Elsley
Airtime explores the intersection of winter sports, flight and freedom. Blending skiing, snowboarding, speedflying and paragliding, this film captures the beauty of the Sea to Sky region of British Columbia, and the spirit of athletes pushing creative and physical boundaries.

Lester
Paul Collins
“The faster you go the less that you see. Why don’t you slow down and cruise like me?” At 83 years old, Lester still lives his passions as an artist, surfer and craftsman. The film celebrates an appreciation for strolling, reading, making music and painting — the antithesis of the mainstream American ethos to go faster and get more. See the world anew as you walk with Lester through an inspiringly and intentionally slow-paced life.

Submitting Tigers
Luke Kellerhouse
After surviving childhood trauma and rising as a professional MMA fighter, Julija Pajic faces a crossroads when instability threatens her career. She finds unexpected healing, connection and purpose among the street fighters and orphanages of Tanzania. A fighter in the ring and in life, Pajic finds what it means to feel strong and safe in her own body.

Wheelchair Mafia
Cade and Malvina Martin
Michael Banes a dog rescuer in Thailand builds wheelchairs for paralyzed dogs.

Borrowed from the Earth
Zack Johnson
Borrowed From the Earth tells the story of the powerful connection between the Blackfeet people and horses, and how that life-giving relationship remains alive today. Throughout their histories, both horse and Indigenous people have been corralled — horses by fences and Indigenous people onto reservations. Yet centuries-long attempts to subdue both ultimately strengthened the bond between them.

The Youngest Ranger
In Kenya Domtilah Wakesho is the youngest ranger in Tsavo Landscape.

Evening in Chile
Bobby Brown
An August trip provided as Colorado freeskier Bobby Brown and crew went south for the first mission of the season. Between the villages of Valle Nevado and La Parva they were greeted with amazing conditions from a massive storm. This is the highlight reel from five days of skiing in Chile.

Other films to be announced.
