North Meets South – where the farm meets the table – is the place to celebrate and promote local-to-local Long Island business, encourage networking, promote economic development, and revitalization. NoFo Event Co. supports a local nonprofit at each event they host. North Meets South proudly supports Long Island Cares. This nonprofit brings together all available resources for the benefit of the hungry and food insecure on Long Island and, to the best of their ability, provides for the humanitarian needs of our community. Goals are to improve food security for families, sponsor programs that help families achieve self-sufficiency and educate the general public about the causes and consequences of hunger on Long Island.
Attendees are urged to bring a non-perishable food item to the Festival to help Long Island Cares provide for the hungry and food insecure. Festival entertainment includes live music from Project Vibe, Southbound, Mark MK, family-fun activities, interactive photo booths, Bubble Palooza bubble bash, and community art. Additional programming including a live band line-up, activities, vendors, and sponsors can be found on the website. For further information, please visit NorthMeetsSouthFestival.com
