Following the death of his father, Barret Michaelson (Robert DiPatri) and his mother move to a new town. Things get off to a bad start at garret's new school when he runs afoul of a group of bullies, but he finds an unlikely ally in classmate Ryan Walker (Eion Bailey), a self-confessed misanthrope. The two loners soon become fast friends. When Ryan accidentally kills a local landowner, Barret reluctantly agrees to help Ryan cover up the death. But Ryan's lack of remorse for the murder appalls garret, who attempts to severe their relationship. Ryan won't let go that easily and Barret is forced to try and save himself and Ryan from damnation. Vincent Pereira's debut feature is an existential, edgy teen thriller that portrays contemporary youth culture with a knowing eye and biting humor.
