A man approaches a woman in a cafe. Their conversation is halting and superficial, camouflage for the wild fantasies that they project upon each other as they speak: fantasies of perfect sex, perfect romantic love, and. . .Tom Jones. The entire restaurant becomes a stage on which these fantasies are played out. In short order, however, their fears and insecurities destroy any potential relationship before it even has a chance to begin.
