Notification of works accepted or not accepted will
be by
mail after August 29, 2005. A list of selected entries will also
be posted to the museum~Rs web site. Selected artists will be
responsible for delivering their work to the Museum and collecting
it at the end of the exhibition. It is requested that
works be appropriately framed and glazed with Plexiglas or
glass, wired and ready for hanging. Paintings are not required
to be glazed. Work accepted for the exhibition must be handdelivered,
with all wrapping removed, on Friday, September
16 from 10am to 4pm or Saturday, September 17, from 10am
to 2pm. All works must be clearly labeled with the artist's
name and title of the work on the upper right verso of the
piece. Art work will not be insured by The Parrish Art
Museum, but all reasonable care will be taken.
