Champagne & Sunset Play Reading Series Closes
With Mix and Match Durang, by Christopher Durang

"Mix and Match Durang," an evening of new short comic plays by Christopher Durang, will be presented at Guild Hall on Friday, June 27th and Saturday, June 28th at 8:00 p.m. The plays will be directed by Elizabeth Gottlieb. The readings will be preceded by Moet champagne receptions at 7:30 p.m. Tickets ($15) may be may be purchased by visiting the Guild Hall box office or by calling (516) 324-4050.

Christopher Durang's plays have been produced both off and on Broadway. They include Sister Mary Ignatius Explains it all For You (Obie Award), Beyond Therapy, Baby with the Bathwater, The Marriage of Bette and Boo (Obie Award), and, most recently, Sex and Longing, which was written on commission for the Lincoln Center Theater in the fall of 1996.

Mix and Match Durang is the last of the "Champagne & Sunset" series of play readings that Guild Hall has presented in association with the New York producers Birnam Wood.
