Richard Ford
Richard Ford this year was awarded both the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction and
the PEN/William Faulkner award for his latest novel, Independence
Day. This marks the first time a novel has won both awards. Mr. Ford's
other volumes include Rock Springs, The Sportswriter, Wildlife and
The Ultimate Good Luck.
